Do you ship and install nationwide in the Philippines?+

Yes. Our partner installer network covers Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Lead time is typically 2–4 weeks depending on system size.

What is the warranty on your products?+

Hybrid inverters carry a 5-year warranty (extendable to 10), lithium batteries a 10-year / 6,000-cycle warranty, and solar panels a 25-year linear performance warranty.

Are your systems Meralco net-metering compatible?+

Yes. Our on-grid and hybrid inverters are NGCP / DOE compliant and ready for net-metering applications with Meralco and other distribution utilities.

Can the system run without internet?+

Absolutely. AI features are enhanced with connectivity, but core hybrid operation continues fully offline.
